Cambria’s ASP.NET team is comprised of Microsoft certified developers, each with years of experience in software consulting. The team is also skilled in building highly interactive and intuitive ASP.NET web application with rich functionality and a wide range of technical complexity, producing highly usable business focused websites.
The team's expertise includes:
Microsoft’s .NET framework enables unified code for developing dynamic web , desktop and mobile applications. This makes development faster and easier to maintain for medium and enterprise web and desktop applications. Examples of high traffic websites that use ASP.NET are Bing Maps, MySpace and RealEstate.com.
BigHeartCards is a unique service that lets anyone send a personalized, store quality greeting card anywhere in the world. This web application is built on ASP .NET 3.5 framework, SQL Server 2005 and Flash for the interactive card designer that demonstrates Cambria’s expertise in ASP.NET and Adobe Flash integration. We utilized the PDF library and image manipulation tools to dynamically convert card
designs created with Adobe Flash to print-ready 300dpi PDF files. Its other features include the ability to automatically import contact lists from Email clients such as MS Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird, and integrating the web application with offline services. Finally, the site’s shopping cart is secured using Authorize.net with SSL, which stores client payment info to the Authorize.net server for added privacy.
HomeLeafs is the next generation of social networking built on the desire to end pre-foreclosures and bank foreclosures for good. How does it work? HomeLeafs.com is designed to bring consumers and professionals together to create positive relationships that assist homeowners in times of need. Users create and submit a customized profile that outlines their current situation. They are then matched up with local professionals who can provide the right type of assistance. From there, homeowners can choose which service providers meet their needs and start using their services immediately.
Homeleafs.com makes use of ASP.NET’s built-in membership platform, SQL Server search and Telerik RadControls.
Cambria developed a Customer Management System with reporting capabilities that consolidates all the various customer databases of different departments. It displays company/contact records with demographic and notes/historical information on customers.
The application was migrated from ACT! Software to an online version using ASP.NET and SQL Server 2005. The system automatically grabs emails from the Exchange server for processing using Exchange sinks.
ConnectedProjects is a knowledge sharing platform that allows firms in the commercial construction industry (general contractors, owners) to capture lessons learned and format these “best practices” to be easily used by project teams. Its content management system allows project teams to view and edit knowledge available content, add new content based on their experiences, and track a specific project’s events and learning. This web application also enables users to search contents within PDFs and office documents.

"I just wanted to say thanks again. JM saved [me] this week, even though it was supposed to be his day off.
I just had a first Demo for the client and everybody is really pleased with the whole application.
We all agreed your multi ship page was the best way to make it simple for a "shopper" to send an order to many different shipping addresses.
Right now JM is the only guy I'm going to call when I need ASP.Net help. As you may know I'm the only programmer here and it's been brutal. It's great to know I have help available when I need it.
Thanks Dick and especially JM.
And yes Dick you can quote me."

"JM is a superb, versatile technologist. He is also an excellent communicator who can explain complex technical topics to a layman. Finally, he is excellent at thinking like the end-user, so he is right with you, or one step ahead of you, in thinking how a solution will work for the end customer."
Dan Farley, Practical Development Solutions , Palo Alto, CA

"I only wish I could put Cambria in charge of everything I'd like to do in life. Everyone I worked with at Cambria exceeded by an extraordinary degree my highest hopes for the website I asked them to create. Not only were they able to bring every aspect of the project to life exactly as I had envisioned it, but where needed, they made adjustments that significantly improved the website.
From Dick, with whom I first discussed the project and who so kindly reviewed my materials over the course of an evening when I'm sure he had many other things to do -- through Rory, who supervised all aspects of the work and created the interfaces -- Jess, who worked to achieve particular effects I hoped for -- and Jose (JM), who created the complicated database structure that underpins the website and all the functionality that works so beautifully -- everyone was consistently reliable, professional, courteous, patient, creative, and a complete delight."
